I held a 3-day Exclusive Promotion on FB & Twitter on 25th-27th March for sistabrownie's Cornflakes Snow. I am thankful that the response had been very good.

Promotion for the Cornflakes Snow will not end here though. I will definitely have another round of Cornflakes Snow promotion soon, if time permits, before Eid in case there's any one interested to try them before placing an order for Eid.

Blueberry CheeseCups

I was taken by surprise when an old friend contacted me on FB. I have wondered how she had been doing because I haven't heard from her for a while. Glad that she found & added me as friend on FB so now we'd be able to stay in touch.

Because she missed having my Blueberry CheeseCups, she had requested for them this time. Prepared them for her but unfortunately didn't get the chance to meet her when she came for collection.

Not sure how the term Cornflakes Snow came about but some call them Macaroons. Either way, they're basically cornflakes covered in meringue (egg whites), filled with chocolate chips. So what you get at the end of a very long baking time, are light, crispy, chewy cookies.

Birthday goodies for Nadia

Well they were not actually for her, they were for her kids' birthday celebration in school.

Nadia had requested for 2 sets of Brownie Platters - one with colourful candies & chocolate chip and another with marshmallows with chocolate drizzle. These were what I came up with.

She had also requested for 400pcs of my best-selling Cornflakes Snow to go along with the brownies.

I hope everyone, especially her kids & their friends, enjoyed the goodies!

P.S: I forgot to mention that these were for Nadia as well.
