I made this Strawberry Cream Cheese in an impromptu attempt (yet again!). So instead of looking like a tart, it looks like my usual cheesecake (except the base is fluted). This is due to the fact that I have insufficient ingredient for the base.
Using homemade strawberry sauce (not jam), it set in nicely. Despite the lack of a full fluted chocolate base, it was as tasty as it should be. Yum!
