Brownie & Chocolate Mousse

Before going on the weekend break, I have accepted some requests from friends for this week. Turned out my schedule was quite tight, especially this coming weekend.

The first one was from a friend & his wife. They have requested for a Brownie & Chocolate Mousse.

While preparing requests from friends, dear daughter's surprise birthday cake is coming up. This will be the first time in 7 years that I'll be making something for her. Otherwise we'd be ordering the cake from someone else or buy from a bakery.
